Meet The Hosts

Matt Scarsbrook

Therapist. Runner. Science Nerd. Dad to three beautiful kids. Alongside his clinic Therapy Evolved, Matt helps run and tutor at The School, is involved in the Professional Association ISRM, constitutes one third of The Massage Collective and is embarking on an MSc in Neuroscience – because apparently, he’s not busy enough. Matt runs races (very slowly) over distances from 5km to 100 miles, would relocate to the mountains in a heartbeat (if his wife would let him!), finds peace making first tracks in deep powder snow, and has learnt more about himself through his journey with depression than he ever thought possible..

anna maria mazzieri

Anna Maria is the Director of The Clinic and The School and the Italian element of The Massage Collective. Having trained in Massage Therapy in 2002 and progressed into more clinical aspects of the profession (including the ISRM Soft Tissue Therapy Diploma and a BSc in Sports Therapy) Anna Maria has retained the passion for hands on treatment and champions its role in MSK care. Through her clinics and schools she is driving change in Soft Tissue Therapy practice and Training by pushing for Evidence Based Practice, a drive which she is now expanding to the wider industry through her role as a board member of the ISRM Professional Association and a co-founder of The Massage Collective.

becky demott Horton

A Soft Tissue Therapist who initially became interested in manual therapy and injury rehab as an attempt to manage her own triathlon induced injuries, Becky found a passion for a new career. Inspired by the realisation that we can use our skills to help clients build resilience not reliance. Based in Cornwall, Becky has her own clinic, Optimise Soft Tissue Therapy, as well as working at The Clinic in Exmouth. Recently Becky joined The School, Exmouth and ISRM teams, hoping to contribute to ever increasing standards in the industry. When not at work you’ll find Becky either in the sea, cycling up some Cornish hills or with her trusted running buddy, Mabel the labrador..

TESTIMONIALs

The TPMP team did an amazing job in streaming the Runchatlive International Running Conference 2019. The biggest fear of any conference organiser is issues with filming & streaming. From the moment the TPMP team arrived at the venue, my fear disappeared. Systems were put in place, checks were done, leaving me able to crack on happily with the rest of my duties. Feedback from virtual delegates was excellent: wonderfully clear instructions for joining, perfect video quality, polite & professional online communication throughout. I have had no hesitation in requesting the services of TPMP for this year's Runchatlive Running Conference and would most definitely recommend TPMP to anybody looking for reliability & professionalism.

Matt Phillips
Director - Run Chat Live

The ATOCP ran two very successful conference is 2017 and 2018. TPMP provided social media coverage of the events. This included the streaming of sessions which have been watched by many physiotherapists that couldn’t attend on the day. During both of these events Jack Chew hosted the debates and facilitated a balanced discussion between the opposing sides. TPMP’s presence at the conference vastly increased the ATOCP’s social media presence and was a welcome addition to our events.
